1.5 oz Makers Mark Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Armadillo Cake
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Rich Simple Syrup (2 parts sugar :1 part water)
.5 oz POM wonderful pomegranate juice
Garnish: Crushed pink peppercorns
Glass: Cocktail Coupe
Directions: Shake all ingredients hard with cold ice. Strain and garnish with crushed pink pepper corns.
