Atsby is a vintage vermouth

which means that like a fine wine, every batch is a little bit different. Botanicals modify potency and flavor from year to year, and our single-vintage wine changes according to the climate and the soil. We think these slight variations are an asset. We love tasting out the unique flavors — lavender that’s a little less floral, coriander that’s a little more pungent, and a vermouth that is always beautifully balanced and perfectly extraordinary.
