We start with the premise that our process has to be sustainable and tied to a local economy. The wine we use comes from a vineyard on Long Island that neighbors our production facility; our brandy is from upstate New York. All in all, 95% of the ingredients in each bottle of Atsby are from New York State – 90 percent of it from within a ten-mile radius.

For the botanicals we grab some from home and others from around the world, culling the best indigenous herbs and spices on the global market. Farmers have been trading their raw ingredients for thousands of years and need an international market today as much as they did centuries ago. We’re happy to be able to support these purveyors and their communities.
